Ingredients

  • 6 Tbl Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Whey Protein Powder (can substitute Whey Protein Vanilla Powder)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate, chopped into bits
  • 4 Tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 6 Tsp Evaporated cane juice, grind to almost a powder in an herb grinder (can substitute Honey)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbl Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbl Water

Preparation

Step 1

Stir coconut, whey, walnuts, chocolate, cocoa powder and cane juice, mix honey with west ingredients in the next step. Stir almond butter, vanilla and water together until smooth. Pour almond butter mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with plastic wrap. Spoon mixture into pan, pressing evenly. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. Cut int 6 equal bars and wrap in plastic wrap.
