Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz pkg cole slaw mix (green, red cabbage & carrots)
- 1/4 cup toasted sunseeds
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds (or chopped)
- 2 TBSPs toasted sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg top ramen noodles (broken up) chicken or oriental flavor
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup sugar (or splenda)
- 1/4 tsp cumin (opt)
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (opt)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 pkg of seasoning from top ramen noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix dressing ingredients in a blender or bottle and shake until mixed.
2) Toss dressing w/other ingredients, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
