Ingredients
- 1 pound zuchinni
- salt
- 4 well beaten eggs
- 2 cups grated cheese, your choice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle salt on grated zuchinni.
Let stand at least 10 minutes then squeeze out any liquid.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mixed all ingredients together and pour in a greased 8 inch b aking dish or pie shell.
Top with paramesan cheese and bake of 30 - 40 minutes.
