Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 large pkg. Yellow Cake Mix (reserve 1 cup of mix)
- 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 3 Cups Pumpkin Pie Mix (1 lb. 14 oz. can)
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Reserved Cake Mix
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first three ingredients together and pat into greased 9" x 13" pan.
Mix together the pumpkin pie mix, eggs and milk and pour over cake mixture.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over the layered pumpkin and cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes.
