Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) water
- 1 (2 1/2-pound, 1.1kg) spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise
- Butter, optional
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add water to Pressure Cooker and place spaghetti squash cut-side down on trivet inside the Cooker.
Cover Cooker, lock lid, and bring to high pressure (for Cuisinart cooker: third ring just showing). Then cook for 15 minutes.
Release pressure and remove cover. Remove squash and scrape out seeds. Scrape strands of squash flesh from skin into serving dish. Add butter if you wish, and seasonings to taste.
