Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen

Preparation
Step 1
Put water and sugar into saucepan. Boil together. Add cranberries. Cook until skins pop, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
VARIATION:
Put cranberry sauce through a food mill. It makes a little less in quantity but is extra nice.
