- 2 Pound Beef round steak 1 inch thick
- Vegetable oil
- 1 Cup water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Medium onion chopped
- 1 Cup celery diced
- 1 Medium green pepper diced
- 1 Cup tomato juice

DIRECTIONS:
This recipe would take hours in the oven but is tender in 15 minutes in the pressure cooker. 1. Cut meat into serving size pieces, season with salt and pepper 2. Heat cooker, add oil and brown meat on all sides 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Close cover securely, cook 15 mins with pressure regulator rocking slowly. 4. Let pressure drop of it's own accord, thicken sauce if desired.
