Ingredients
- Shells:
- 3 2/3 cup flour
- 1 1/3 cup butter- softened
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter- melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs

Step 1
Shells:
Mix all ingredients & refrigerate overnight. Shape into balls. Press each ball into bottom and up sides of miniature muffin pan. Dip wooden trowel in powdered sugar and press down firmly.
Filling:
Mix filling ingredients together, spoon 1 tsp. into each tart shell. Bake at 325 degrees about 20-25 minutes, until lightly brown & filling is set. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
