Ingredients
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1 # ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp fat
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 cup packaged precooked rice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp process american cheese

Preparation
Step 1
remove seeds and membranes, precook in boiling salted water about 5 minutes. sprinkle salt inside, brown meat and onion in hot fat, drain fat. add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire, salt and pepper. cover and simmer till rice is almost tender(about 5 minutes). Lay pepper halves on bottom of casserole, cover with mixture the pepper halves on top. sprinkle with cheese.
350-25 minutes. serves 6
