Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice 19 oz
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 1lb fully cooked ham cut in strips
- 1 sm green pepper chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 4 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple and reserve. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Cook and stir onion in margarine in skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. (5 minutes) Stir in ham, pepper, salt, pepper pineapple and reserved juice. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with cold water and add gradually. boil 1 minute. Serve over hot cooked rice.
