Entree, Hamburger: Will's Souper Sloppy Joes
By LynnK
When he was seven, I discovered Will does not like the overly concentrated tangy flavor of sloppy joe sauce from a can. So, I went on a sloppy joe search. This recipe came from a couple of teachers I work with. When I reecreated it at home, it was a hit with Will, especially with the addition of ketchup. I also added celery and onion to get a few more veggies in. It is easy and pretty fast, and has become one of our standy recipes.
