Ingredients
- Mix together:
- 1 pkg seasoned stuffing mix (not Stove Top)
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Put 1/2 of above mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix together:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Layer above mixture over stuffing layer in pan. Top with rest of stuffing.
Beat 2 eggs and add 1 1/2 cup milk. Pour over chicken and stuffing. Refrigerate overnight.
Spread with a can of cream of chicken soup.
Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
Sprinke with grated cheddar cheese.
Cover and return to oven and bake in a slow oven (275 - 300 degrees) for
1 1/2 hours.
