Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Cornstarch
2/3 cup Club Soda
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pinch of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut fries with skin on
Mix cornstarch and club soda. Coat potatoes
Cook in oil. Stir fries so they don't stick together

Mix spices together. Season fries when they come out of oil.
