Ingredients

  • 36

    ounces White Chocolate

  • 10

    ounces Water

  • 48

    ounces Heavy Cream

  • 3

    ea Lemons (zest only)

Directions

1. In sauce pan, melt the White Chocolate and Water over low heat. Set aside to cool. 2. With whisk, whip the Heavy Cream and Lemon Zest to medium peaks. Fold 1/3 of Whipped Cream into cooled Chocolate. Fold in remaining Whipped Cream and chill.
