Peanut Butter Nutella Cookie Bars

White chocolate, Reese' Pieces candies, and peanut butter cookie dough baked into a bar cookie with a Nutella pattern on top. It it an amazing combination of flavors, and they look so pretty.

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces candies, divided
- 1/4 cup Nutella spread

Beat the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat again. Sift together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the creamed mixture until thoroughly combined. Stir in the white chocolate chips and 3/4 cup Reese's Pieces.
Spread the cookie dough into a greased 11x17 cookie sheet with sides. Press the extra Reese's candies into the top of the dough.
Place the Nutella in microwave safe bowl and heat 15 - 20 seconds. Stir and spoon into a plastic baggie with one corner cut off. Drizzle the Nutella over the top of the dough in a grid pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting. Cut into 32 small cookie bars. Store in a sealed container in a single row. If you stack, place wax paper between the rows.
