Ingredients
- Saute in oil:
- 3 diced onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 16 cups tomatoes
- ADD:
- 24 oz can tomato paste
- 4 cups water
- 8 beef bouillon cubes (8 tsp base)
- 4 bay leaves
- 8 tblsp sugar
- 2 tsp pepper
- 6 tsp salt
- 6 tsp oregano
- 4 tsp basil

Mix and cook for 2 hours. Makes 7-8 quarts.
Put in water bath for 30 minutes.
