Ingredients

  • 3/4 C whole walnuts
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 3 to 4 T milk
  • 2 to 3 T ricotta cheese
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put walnuts in a blender and process until finely chopped. Add butter, oil, milk, ricotta cheese and parsley. Blend at high speed to a thin sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta. Toss gently with Walnut Sauce until mixed. Servie immediatley with Parmesan cheese.
