- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/4 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. butter
- 1/2 C. eggnog
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbs. nutmeg

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer to form a grainy paste. Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and beat at low speed just until combined. Do not over-mix.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, 1" apart. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown. Transfer to cool, flat surface immediately with spatula
