Orange Baked Donuts with Vanilla Creme Frosting

Ingredients
- VANILLA CREME FROSTING:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, or 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1/3 cup sugar (use 1/4 cup sugar if you use sweetened yogurt)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, or a mixture of 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon milk or water and 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 ounces yogurt, vanilla or orange flavored
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon milk or orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar free French Vanilla International Delight coffee creamer

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Whisk together.
2. In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients.
3. Make a "well" in the center of dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Whisk until combined. Use a spoon and fill the greased donut pan.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 7 minutes for mini donuts. Remove and let cool completely on wire rack.
5. For the frosting, combine the powdered sugar and coffee creamer and drizzle over top.
