Easy Mocha Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup strong coffee or water
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
• 1 Tbl vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In 8x8 pan mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly until mixture is uniform in color. Bake in 350 oven 30 to 35 minutes. Cool Cut into 9 squares.
