Ingredients
- ● Place the following in a medium bowl:
- 2 med. garlic cloves, peeled and minced with 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 ea. anchovy fillets, drained and chopped fine (about 1 tsp.)
- 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5 grinds black pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- ● Add and mix well with a whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Serving Suggestions:
- ● Place the following in a medium bowl:

- ● Add and mix well with a whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Serving Suggestions:
- ●Dress salad just before you are ready to serve.
- ●Place romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Add dressing in small amounts as you toss it into the lettuce.
- ●Continue adding enough dressing to just coat the lettuce to your liking. (You do not need to use all of the dressing.)
- ●For a more formal presentation, line a serving bowl with romaine lettuce leaves and transfer the mixed salad into the serving bowl.
- ●Garnish the dressed salad with home-baked croutons, fresh ground black pepper and shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese.
