Ingredients

• With tensioning wheel facing you, insert teardrop shaped end of wire into slot.
• Pull wire across top and slide into wire groove on right side of Cheese Slicer head. Bend wire and press rectangular end of wire into slot.
• To tighten wire, spin tensioning wheel towards you. Stop spinning wheel when wire fits tightly in Cheese Slicer head.
