Ingredients

2 sticks soft lightly salted butter
2 tsp vanilla
8 T confectioners' sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
confectioners' sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Beat butter with vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar & beat until soft. Add flour until just combined. Fold in pecans. Dough is stiff. Pinch off pieces of dough and shape into crescent. Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake 20 min., or until lightly browned. Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm.
