Santa Surprise Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter, softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup regular sugar
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• Small snickers bars cut into 3 pieces
• Melted chocolate to drizzle over top

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, peanut butter & sugars until fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla, last add flour, salt & baking soda. cover & chill 2-3 hours.
Unwrap & cut snickers. Take 1 tbsp. dough, smash in hand like a pocket, put snickers in & wrap around it enough to cover. Roll into ball, bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take out when lightly browned and drizzle with chocolate when cool.
