Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 cups sugar
• 5 eggs
• 7-8 cups flour
• 6 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tablespoon salt
• 1/2 fl oz vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter, shortening and sugar. add eggs. add dry ingredients. let dough set in the refrigerator for about an hour. roll dough on generously floured surface about half-inch thick. cut with any cookie cutter.

bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. frost with your favorite frosting.
