Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 cups flour
• frosting(buttercream)
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 tablespoons milk
• 2 lb bad 10x sugar

Preparation

Step 1

use mixer, cream shortening, sugar, and sour cream together, add eggs and vanilla. then add baking soda, salt and flour. mix well. roll thick or thin.
bake 350 for 10-14 minutes, until golden brown.

frosting;
cream butter, shortening. add vanilla and 10x sugar, then add 4 tablespoons milk.
