Ingredients

10 litres apple juice
40 whole cloves
20-1 inch pieces of cinnamon
rind of three oranges

Preparation

Step 1

Put cloves, cinnamon & orange rind in a cheescloth bag and hang into pot.

Add apple juice, covera and heat over medium heat just until boiling.

Keep on low.
