- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 9 Hard-boiled Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Pepper to taste

Step 1
Melt butter, add flour and stir until well blended. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until mixture is thickened. Add hard-boiled eggs (chopped). Season with salt and pepper, serve on toast. Makes 6 servings.
