Ingredients
- 1 box no-boil lasagna
- 2 Tbsp of olive
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion - Chopped
- 2 garlic cloves - Minced
- 1 bottle of your favorite tomato based pasta sauce
- 2 Cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large container of whipped ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- fresh basil – sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes
- Add ground beef and cook through
- Add tomato sauce and salt & pepper to taste and reduce heat to low and continue cooking
- Mix the parmesan, ricotta and egg
- In a baking dish layer the pasta, cheese and meat sauce mixture until you’ve used them all up
- Top with fresh basil
- Bake according to the directions on the pasta box
