French Lemon Truffles

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 lb. white chocolate, or white candy coating
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- Chocolate for dipping or molding

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the cream to a boil and pour the chips over to melt. Let it sit till the chips begin to melt, then stir till completely melted. Now stir in your lemon zest. Let this mixture sit overnight to set. Roll the truffles out, or dollop by spoonfuls in a mold. Finish by rolling in chocolate. White or dark as desired.
