Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread, 2 lb.
- Make your own sourdough starter for this bread. Once made, it will last a long time providing you take proper care of it. Share with friends.
- 6 1/2 fl ounces (3/4 cup+ 1 tablespoon) water, 80°F
- 1 1/4 cup sourdough starter, room temp
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 Ttablespoon sugar
- 2 T milk powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- or -
- 2 teaspoon bread machine/fast rise yeast
