Ingredients
- Other ingredient options:
- 12 eggs
- sea salt
- black pepper
- chicken or turkey
- turkey or chicken sausage
- bacon bits
- grated cheese (2 cups)
- chopped onion, red peppers, garlic,
- sliced green onion
- veggies such as spinach, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, etc.
- sliced tomatoes on top sprinkled with salt, pepper, Italian seasonings

Preparation
Step 1
Crack eggs into bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add sea salt & pepper to taste.
Add any of optional ingredients as desired.
Bake in well greased baking dish or 2 quiche/pie dishes at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until done.
Note: If you miss the crust you could try sprinkling ground nuts & a little salt in bottom of the well greased baking dish before pouring in the quiche mixture. This gives the hint of a crust without actually being a full crust.
