Whipped Cream Cheese Icing

Not as good as Serena's, but not bad. Tastes like sweet whipped cream with Cream Cheese influence
1 batch iced the OUTSIDE only of a three layer cake.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C Cream
• 1 Cream Cheese, Softened
• 1 C Sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth. Set aside. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese.


Might try doubling everything, but only increasing cream to 2C, maybe 2 1/4 . . .
