Ingredients

  • 1

    large chunk of bread dough (see Scott's Bread Dough recipe) dusted with flour and shaped into a tube

  • 1.5

    sticks of butter

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup to 1 cup chopped pecans

  • Extra brown sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling over the bread dough

Directions

0. Preheat the oven to 375 1. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. 2. Sprinkle the dough rectangle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Pro Tip: Put a layer of nuts here also. 3. Melt the stick of butter in the microwave. 4. Add the melted butter to the bottom of the pan. 5. Add the cup of brown sugar to the pan and mix it together. 6. Add the chopped pecans to the bottom of the pan. 7. Roll up the dough rectangle into a tube and slice it into 1" to 1.5" high slices. 8. Arrange them in the bottom of the pan. 9. Bake for 30 minutes.
