Ingredients
- 1 cup Bulgar
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t garlic
- 2 T green onion tops
- 1 T snipped parsley
- Grated carrot
- 1 t salt
- 1 t crushed fresh mint
- Tomato - cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Bulgar and hot water together. Soak for 2 hours; drain.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Mix into Bulgar. Top with tomato just before serving.
