Ingredients

  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Pecans or Walnuts - chopped
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • 2/3 Cups Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, brown sugar & butter for the crust ingredients, mix until finely crumbled. Press into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts over crust.

Combine topping ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils; continue boiling & stirring for approx 30 seconds - pour over crust immediately.

Bake at 350` degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Add Chocolate Chips as soon as the pan comes out of the oven. Press lightly into the crust. Let cool and serve.
