Cinnamon Roll Muffins - Gluten Free & Top 8 Free 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • Optional Glaze:
  • 1 cup of all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 4 Enjoy Life Foods Cinnamon Roll Decadent Bars
  • 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons of non-dairy milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin and set aside.
In a food processor, process the Decadent Bars until they make a smooth crumble (approximately 5 minutes).
In a mixing bowl, blend your dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Add the applesauce, vanilla, and milk and mix until smooth.
Fold in the Decadent Bar crumbles.
Fill baking tins almost full and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes.
Drizzle optional glaze over top.
Serve & enjoy!
