Pineapple Cake Squares

Ingredients

• Icing:
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 - 2# can crushed pineapple with juice
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients by hand, pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Let cool, mix icing and spread over top.
