Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Crisco
- 1 Egg and Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup White Raisins

Step 1
Blend ingredients of sugar and Crisco together. Put egg in cup measure and add milk until it measures 1 cup; add to sugar-Crisco mixture. Next mix in flour, baking powder, nutmeg, vanilla and salt one at a time stirring well, last add white raisins. Drop by teaspoons. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 12 minutes.
