Ingredients
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/3 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1/3 stick Crisco® Baking Stick
- 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped salted or unsalted pecans
- CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 ounce (1 square) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tablespoon milk

Step 1
CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1.HEAT oven to 350ºF. Coat an 11 1/2 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray.
2.MELT shortening and chocolate together; stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.
3.BEAT eggs, sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl until thick. Add cooled chocolate mixture; beat until blended. Stir in flour and salt; add pecans. Turn into pan; spread evenly.
4.BAKE 25 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. CHOCOLATE
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1.COMBINE all frosting ingredients in medium bowl; beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
2.Spread on cooled brownies.
3.Chill before cutting into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
