Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Rotini Pasta, cooked according to package directions and cooled
- 1 Plum Tomato, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Hellman's® Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. White Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Parsley
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, add the pasta, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and celery. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper and whisk until it is creamy. Add it to the pasta and mix until well blended. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
