Snickers Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c quick oats
• 2 1/2 c flour
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 c softened butter
• 1 1/2 c light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 8 regular Snickers Bars, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350*. Line cookie sheet with parchment.

In bowl, combine oats, flour, soda & salt, set aside. In another bowl beat butter & sugar about 3 min or til ligth & fluffy. Addeggs one at time, bet well after each. Slowly add oats mix. fold in choppped candy.

Drop heaping tablespoon on sheet 2" apart. Slightly flatten. Bake approx 10-12 min or til golden brown.
