Fish Taco

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tilapia, diced
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 2 TBS distilled white vinegar
  • 2 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 TBS Honey
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 10 ea taco shells
  • 1 ea tomato diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ea head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 1/2 TBS cilantro
  • 1 1/2 TBS lime juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade tilapia in marinade overnight. Blend dressing ingredients in food processor. Sauté tilapia until flaky. Serve with tomato, lettuce, cilantro, and dressing in shell.
