Ingredients
- 1 lb Tilapia, diced
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 TBS distilled white vinegar
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice
- 1/2 TBS Honey
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 10 ea taco shells
- 1 ea tomato diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- Dressing
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 1/2 TBS cilantro
- 1 1/2 TBS lime juice, fresh
- 2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade tilapia in marinade overnight. Blend dressing ingredients in food processor. Sauté tilapia until flaky. Serve with tomato, lettuce, cilantro, and dressing in shell.
