Ingredients

  • 1 16oz sour cream
  • 1 10 3/4oz condensed cream of chicken
  • 1-32 oz frozen loose hash browns
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 8 oz american cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes(4 cups before crushing)
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sour cream and soup. Stir in frozen potatoes, ham, cheese and onion. Put in 13 x 9 x2 dish. combine cornflakes and melted butter and sprinkle over potatoes.

bake 350, 30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook additional 350 for 20-25 minutes.
