Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 16 oz. thawed frozen broccoli
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
In a 4 qt. saucepan heat chicken broth, potato and salt to boiling.
Chop broccoli; add half to pot. Reduce heat to medium; cook 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
In blender, puree until smooth. Return to pan; add remaining broccoli, milk and cheddar. Cook on medium 5 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring.
Serves 4
