Spicy Guacamole
Serve this creamy, nutty dip with corn or wheat tortilla chips, depending on which one you can eat!

Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise; twist to separate, and use a chef's knife to remove the pit. Using a large spoon, scoop out flesh and place in medium bowl.
2. In small bowl, combine lime juice and salt; mix to dissolve salt. Pour over avocados and mash, using a potato masher.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover by pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavours before serving.
