Jalapeno Butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter -- softened
1 each jalapeno -- seeded, and finely
-- chopped
1 glove garlic -- minced
1 porterhouse steak -- grilled

StIR butter, jalapeno and garlic. Grill steak, remove from grill and let rest before serving with the jalapeno butter
