Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-3 oz pkg cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp flavoring
- Food Coloring, as desired

Preparation
Step 1
1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until soft
2. Add coloring and flavoring, as desired
3. Gradually add powdered sugar
4. On a board with powdered sugar sprinkled all over it lightly, knead as for bread dough until it feels smooth and workable.
5. Roll in balls the size of a marble
6. Place one side in small amount of sugar, granulated or colored crystal sugar corresponding with flavoring and coloring used
7. Place, sugar side down, into cavity of molds
8. unmold by pressing on the outer edges of the mold.
9. Place on wax paper to dry
