Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles, cook according to package directions
  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, chicken broth, onion, dry mustard, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth. Fold in sausage, cooked noodles and corn. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
